Our CrossFit classes are designed to build your strength, dial in your technique and help you master new skills. Each class has time dedicated a specific strength or skill before everyone tackles the Workout of the Day (WOD)!

Joined almost 6 months ago as a complete beginner and haven't looked back since - love this place! The coaches are all absolutely brilliant. They've got a keen eye for detail, and always give pointers on how to improve, whilst also giving plenty encouragement. Honestly don't think there's been a single session I haven't enjoyed.
